• 3. Clean steering knuckle hole, radial tolerance H7; apply a small amount of anti-seize copper grease.
• 4. Chill new bearing at -20°C for 2 hours → quickly press in (temperature differential assembly, reduce pressing force by 15%).
• 5. Install third-generation flange, pre-tighten nuts to 50% torque in diagonal sequence → full torque → 90° angle.
• 6. Reinstall brake disc, caliper, half shaft nut (torque 200 N·m + 60°).
